Trade delegation of Turkmenistan went to Tehran to announce support for Iran Agrofood specialized exhibition
Pars Pegah Tejarat – A high-level business delegation from Turkmenistan headed by Mr. Mergen Gurdov, the head of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan, left for Tehran today.
This delegation, which consists of a high-level business delegation, government officials and economic activists of Turkmenistan, is traveling to Iran with the aim of announcing support for the Iran Agrofood specialized exhibition that will be held in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.
During this trip, the Turkmen delegation will meet and discuss with Iranian officials, and the areas of development of commercial and economic cooperation between the two countries, especially in the field of food and agriculture, will be discussed. Also, the members of this delegation will visit Iran Expo International Exhibition, Livestock, Poultry, Aquaculture, Food Processing, Machinery and Food Inputs, Iran Kespo Tehran.
The specialized exhibition of Iran Agrofood will be held from 28 to 29August 2024 at the place of permanent exhibitions in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. This specialized exhibition is a good opportunity for Iranian companies active in the field of agriculture and food industry to introduce their products and services to the Turkmen market.
The presence of the trade delegation of Turkmenistan in Iran and the announcement of support for the specialized exhibition Iran Agrofood Turkmenistan shows the serious determination of the two countries to develop economic and trade relations, especially in the field of food and agriculture. This can lead to increasing the export of Iranian agricultural products to Turkmenistan and strengthening bilateral cooperation in this field.
