A colour scan of a passport valid for at least 7 months from the departure date, a colour 3×4 full-face photo scan, and the completed business details form must be sent by 10 Azar 1405 (1 December 2026) at the latest.
The visa is issued by the Foreign Citizens' Affairs Department (Immigration) of Turkmenistan, and the organizer has no say in its approval or rejection; issuing the invitation letter, pursuing the administrative process, and full coordination, however, are with us.
The exhibition has no cancellation under any circumstances
The travel package has no cancellation under any circumstances; with written withdrawal up to 25 business days before departure: deduction of one night for the hotel cancellation and 100% of the costs of the invitation letter, visa, transfers, and the delegation album; within less than 25 business days, no funds received will be refunded under any circumstances. After final registration and payment of the booth fee, cancellation and refund are not possible. In the event of any incident (force majeure and conditions arising from epidemics, illness, floods, earthquakes, natural disasters, war) that leads to a change in the exhibition date, the contract between the parties shall remain valid

The entry point into Turkmenistan is the Bajgiran border crossing; the route from Mashhad's Hasheminejad Airport to the border is about 200 km, and taxis are available right outside Hasheminejad Airport. The cost of taxis or airport cars to the Bajgiran border is borne by the participant personally, and the flight ticket from any point in Iran to Mashhad's Hasheminejad Airport is the responsibility of the participant personally.
Bringing codeine-containing medicines and narcotics into Turkmenistan is prohibited. Final marketing responsibility also lies with the participant.
